Pad see yoo is stir fried in soy sauce?
The similar dish in "gravy" is rad-naa?????
correct. if the gravy is good, that dish is great. ironically, i think the best gravy has the consistency and appearance of snot.
i also like phad sii yuu but it can get a bit too starchy and clumpy if the cook doesn't get it just right.
Pad-Pak-Boong-Moo-Krob-Fai Daeng - crispy pork bits with morning glory stir fry. Usually has a bit of chiili with it. I can eat it almost every day if need be. Puk boong has to be my favourite thai vegetable e.g. puk boong fai dang. Barbeque prawns with a couple of dips and sticky rice from a sea food restaurant is nice. Dtom yum goong also a favourite.
Hoi Lai Phad Num Prik Phao/ Stir Fried Lala Clams with Thai Style Roasted Chili Paste Recipe is another good street food dish.
So many different dishes I am still lost for words. Tomorrow will be my second day here so it will be time to start to try all of this wonderful food

Noodle soup preferably with sen bami. Khaosoi when I'm up north.
I'm just recovering after a nasty bout of food poisoning. Right at the moment, I don't like Thai food.
