On a single night in January 2015, 564,708 people were experiencing homelessness — meaning they were sleeping outside or in an emergency shelter or transitional housing program.

Will Mr. Trump do something for them?

^I think a lot of the problem is the lack of jobs for people, and lack of support for people with mental health problems. People who are in the lower salary bracket cannot afford private healthcare. Private healthcare in the US is a sad state of affairs for people who can't afford it and sometimes people die or become homeless because they can't get looked at or have nowhere to go.

The problem is the non-existing social welfare system that all people no matter where they come from receive in let's say Germany.

It a country spends most of its money for war toys but forgets its own citizens you can hardly talk about a functioning democracy. Or is it a democrazy? Not really sure.

It's really easy to lose all. Wife disappears, a lot of alcohol does the rest to lose your job and one day you can't pay your rent anymore.

What's a country worth that doesn't care about its own citizens?

I highly doubt it. You know he's a businessman ;). The rich get richer and the poor get poorer usually.

He might subsidize the sale of H and Coke, plus making sure that it's uncut. Problem solved.

The US has a social system widely known as "Welfare", all sorts of social programs exist: food stamps, family support and, yes, finding shelter for the homeless. So the situation isn't as dire as you suggest.

Coincidentally, I came across the following this morning: What's Responsible for Ever-Growing Government, Entitlements or Defense?

The 2 pie charts give a clear picture of gov't spending: welfare (entitlements) vs defense (I can't imagine anyone being interested in this :smiling).
