About a week ago I heard a band tuning up out on my balcony. This is not a strange even with noise living in Thailand. I was pretty sure it was something from WE Train, about a kilometer away as the crow flies. But it was professional the sound check. Sure you had the nung, song, sam , see, ha, but there was a bass check, a drum check. I was impressed. All the while the kids are closed in studying in an air con room. Then the band started. It was real rock but from far away, yet damn clear.

I went to get the kids. The result it was BodySlam the biggest Thai group around, or so they tell me, playing at Wat Narong about 5 or 6 kilometers from my house and just into Prathum Thani. Got the kids, they got on the phones and believe or or not rocked out for 45 minutes on their balcony, with their buddies tuned in. Funny how far decent sound travelled that night. Plus their technician and the band themselves understand sound. I was well impressed.

Glad I dont live closer though. :righton:

Dammit I knew I should have edited that. People worry if I know what thread I am on, better they worry what forum. Wang you teach these kids it was really cool. So much so I thought I would take them to their first concert. We have Clapton, Santana, and the Eagles coming. But for a seat I use to get for little to nothing or in most cases nothing it would cost me 4500 a ticket. Damn, so the new plan is ........:cheers2:

Silly Fools again. Apart from the very beginning, I like the rhythm/energy/tempo/feel/whatever of this song.
