    Snapper Bangkok

Firstly, I was a bit surprised to find it in that location on soi 11 as there used to be a nice little British pub there (apparently it's behind there now?)

We had a pre-drink at Cheap Charlies, which was as crappy as ever. not helped by the rain...

    anyhoo... Snapper

I had a rib-eye steak burger ('cos I don't like fish..) it was OK, quite hard to eat without looking like a slob and considering the company I was with I was trying hard not to look like an idiot :hilarious:. but it tasted nice and the chips were good.

Everyone else said the fish and chips were very good and I think it even came with some newspaper :smile2:

My burger was 450bht, no idea how much my beer was as we split the bill.

On Fridays they also have a teachers specials..

Recommended for a nice meal. Will prob take the wifey there.

Looks a bit on the expensive side, but maybe worth it if it is good food

I had dinner there once and yes its a little on the expensive side but the food was really good. If you go there, order the lamb shanks, they're fantastic and huge! Cost about 600 baht, well worth the money.
