As I try to get into the spirit of holidays, I thought a thread about Christmas trees may help. This is our modest tree. how about yours?

The tree may look like the bride at a Polish wedding, but it sports some interesting paraphernalia: ornaments I purchased in Cairo decades ago and several Jim Thompson angels...spouse arrived yesterday evening with poinsettia from Chatuchak to prepare for the arrival of any wise men in the area.

Our house doesn't have a Christmas tree. We don't celebrate Christman.

No tree in our house. I never liked plastic trees.

Things are amiss. My two bears seem to be arguing. I will endeavour to keep all up to date. I will try to mediate but I can only do what I can do.

Great! My attempts to mediate have made things worse. I am now off to bed. I will try again tomorrow but as things stand neither side is giving an inch

    Mate, it looks like they were e x e c u t e d. :agreed:oops:offtopic

Christmas died with my mom who's a real believer. But the East German ambulance driver wasn't familiar with the roads of a 20, 000 citizen town. It took 90 minutes for them to arrive at my ex-house that was only down the hill from the hospital, a one minute ride.

Sorry, the feelings, no intention of hijacking your thread. Kothoot maak maak. Merry Christmas. :thai wai

A little re-purposing, and voila! A Christmas tree!

My first plastic tree ever. Decided to go all the way with the snow-covered branches and tacky lights :laughing5
