Umm...Really? Unless I did it during a blackout, I don't recall doing such a thing. My join date here is 10 October... The day after I founf the AF closed.

    *COUGH* *COUGH* *COUGH* !!

When the sad, unfortunate news of the King's passing reached the West I immediately went to AF to find it was shut down with nothing more than a kick-in-the-balls "note". Sure, AF had gone down the drain quite a bit -- which was the reason ThailandTeaching was started years ago (and we have Stamp to thank for that) -- but there were some genuinely helpful people who were still around those boards.

Well, now's the time to bring back all that was good in AF. It's really disappointing to have a "trove of knowledge" disappear in a nano-second. Granted you'd have to sift through heaps of dung to get to said knowledge :P

So here's to creating a great teaching forum (and place to just hang out and vent) -- !

Maybe it's just me, buy Buoy's post is still just blank.

Today is the one-month anniversary of the zombie apocalypse.

It might be appropriate, with the first returns from the US Presidential elections due in a few hours.

Thank you. Growing old is a pain. I didn't see it.
Well, that's over. RIP HC, for awhile, anyway.

My sympathies to the folks who made that income possible.

Websites that estimate traffic can only guess on number of visitors and then convert that inaccurate figure into another guess about maximized adwords income. It's all guess work and not accurate. Only Louis has access to his numbers. If it made a decent amount of money, it wouldn't have been closed.

Louis living in Nottingham has nothing to fear from Thai defamation laws.

My feeling is that he became bored with it and it was no longer worth his time. It had become a cesspit.

...If that's true, it's due to his apparent disinterest in becoming involved with it.

It's been two months without a post. I guess the beast has been lain to rest.

It's the morning before Chinese New Year. Firecrackers are already going off.

For the next 24 hours, it's going to be like living next door to Ginger Baker.

    But I've digressed . . .
