Hello and Sawasdee Khrap, The problem was a school PC I had upgraded to W 10 Pro a while ago. But it didn't start up anymore and I'd no backup on an external drive. Then I remembered that I had done a backup, but on the drive D, which is oon the same drive as the operating system. I had no external drive with me and tried something that almost blew me off my socks. I went to the backup on Drive D, right clicked on the Macrium file "restore", started the machine with a memory stick to get it into Macrium Modus and let the restore begin. Fortunately, did it complete very well without any problems and the system was back to a time way before the anniversary upgrade. Macrium came with plenty of updates as well it's free and easy to use. Here's the link: Macrium Reflect Free | Macrium Software P.S. Don't forget to create an emergency boot memory stick or a CD. It only takes a little space of a memory stick, so it won't format it and you don't lose any data.
