Sisaket Rajabhat University Demonstration School requires a new English Kindergarten homeroom teacher for the new semester. (Late October 2016) The candidate must be a native English teacher, with a valid bachelor’s university degree (or higher: PGCE, or a post graduate diploma in Education) and have previous experience teaching in a Kindergarten or Primary School setting. The salary will be at least 40,000 baht per month, but this is likely to increase based on the candidates past experiences and qualifications.

The new teacher will be assigned one class for the school year at Kindergarten level. The class will have a maximum of 25 students* and the English teacher will be assisted by a Thai co-teacher, a nanny and University students who will help throughout each day.

*The new candidate will work at Kindergarten 2 level (ages 4-5), which is currently just 15 students. The teacher will be responsible for a daily English lesson (50 minutes) and also be expected to fulfil Homeroom teaching duties and help assist/ support students in other subjects such as Art, Physical Education and Music.

This is a brand new school which offers excellent facilities for both students and teachers to fulfil their potential. The school includes well-furnished air conditioned classrooms with a range of electrical learning/teaching aids, a newly built swimming pool, a music room, synthetic grass playing areas, a student library and canteen facilities. The new teacher will also have access to the rest of University campus, which includes sports facilities, a library, a hotel, food outlets and meeting/ conference rooms.

    At least 40,000 Baht/month

The successful candidate will be paid at least 40,000 b per month.
If the candidate has additional qualifications such as a degree in Education/ PGCE/ Post graduate diploma or vast teaching experience then the salary is very likely to be increased.

It seems to be a decent job, if anybody likes to live and work in Sisaket, one of the best salaries you can get here.

A free buffalo ride is included at my father in law's farm.
