Cheers Folks! Too funny that I got an email today to schedule a second interview for the Brunei job. It's a little too late now!

Whaah, what do some of these employers think? If that slow then not a good sign to work for anyway.

^Yeah, I don't know what the hold up is, but it has been about two weeks since the first interview. The email today said they would get in touch with me tomorrow to book an interview time. lol.
I'll have to write back telling them I'm not interested and perhaps another time.

Sorry, IT, but you've got really nothing to lose. Why don't you make the interview and they might make you a great offer?

You never know until you know. It looks like you're in the pole position now if you know what I mean.

It looks like they couldn't get what they were looking for.

If they double your salary what you're making now, well........it's warmer there and not polluted.

^I already have the salary scale and I'll be making what I'm making in Shanghai. I'll probably be teaching less, and have a lower cost of living in Brunei than in Shanghai. The fact is, I would rather go to Shanghai at the moment. I already signed the letter of intent for the new job. It is a good professional move on my part. Thanks for the concern though, sirchai.

So no part of the guy's harem? What was meant as a joke really happened many moons ago and the Sultan of Swing kept an American woman in his harem. Salem maleikum.
