Is this a new type of visa? A "Condo visa"

    Each permission shall be granted
for no more than one year.

    A. Investment of no less than Baht 3 million:

I remember seeing a sign in the waiting room at immigration at Suan Phlu many years ago.

It was similar to this notice, but I recall (perhaps falsely) that the amount was less than three million.

The wife is not considered an investment, liability is a more common financial term. :smile2:

    losses, teacher

Interrupting the double entendre for a moment, it would be nice if owning any condo, whether it cost three million or less, becomes a factor in determining the bank balance for a marriage or retirement visa. One isn't paying rent, so reducing the required amount by 100K seems reasonable.

Don't mind BF of late. His brain has been permanently rewired from the daddy hormones. You'll never get any sense out of him again. :smile2:

Once you become a daddy, there's no such thing as an old joke...

It is only spending power they care about, not what you have actually spent/invested.
