    Hi guys,

    According to this page ::Where’s my refund? Personal Income Tax Refund Guidelines::, in point 2, we should be able to track the progress of our tax returns online. However, this is only available in Thai Language.

    I am trying to track the progress of my tax refund. I submitted everything in person at the local Revenue Office almost two months ago and I have not been notified of any further documents required so I have presumed everything was ok.

    Just getting a little concerned now so can somebody please post a link to the Thai Language area of the Revenue website where we can check the status of our tax returns?

    Many thanks,

    MF

    You should have gotten a receipt then. That's all you need.

    I got a receipt. I want to know where my refund cheque is. You can see this online but only in the Thai language version of the Revenue Dept. website.

    Do you happen to know if that search function works if you submitted all your documents in person at the local Revenue Office or is it just to track online tax returns? I got this message in Thai even though I inputted my details as per the original Form 91:
    ระบบพบว่าข้อมูลชื่อ นามสกุล และเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีอากร 13 หลัก
    ที่ท่านกรอก ไม่สัมพันธ์กัน ขอให้ท่านตรวจสอบข้อมูล และคัดค้นข้อมูลอีกครั้ง

    Thanks,

    A very confused MF

    It's only for checking the status. You've to fill out name, last name and passport number.

    I think the information doesn't match. You need to input the information again.
    {First Name} {Last Name}
    {If passport number doesn't work, try the Tax ID Number}

    If you still can't find it, maybe check at the local tax office.

    The information is exactly as the tax officer wrote on the Form 91. That's why I'm mystified.
    Passport number doesn't work because it won't accept letters only numbers. It does accept the tax number.

    Maybe this facility to check is only for the locals but I am due a tax refund same as the locals. :cool
    Also, it appears that my claim is only at the first stage of 5 stages as well as receiving that message saying my information is not correct. Stage 1 after 2 months. Bullshit. I'll have to waste another 3 or 4 hours at the tax office again tomorrow to find out what is happening. :angry4

    It should arrive. My friend who's a European got his tax refund last year. Don't remember the length of waiting time though. I'll have to check with him.

    I'm still waiting for my tax refund although I'm not sure I'm even due one as the lady that was filling it out seemed to have made a mistake. According to that website it's still at stage 1 or perhaps my application his no further.

    Anyone else still waiting?
