Buying a Dog in Bangkok

    I agree with the posters on the previous page about adopting a soi dog. IMO It's scandalous that people buy/sell dogs in this country when so many dogs are living and dying on the streets.

    what i find scandalous is the amount of time, effort and money spent on saving soi dogs while real people starve and children go unattended to. cull the damn dogs and spend limited resources on more important misfortunes.

    I'm sure that local organizations which distribute food to the needy and provide care to children would be happy to accept any donation you'd like to offer.

    killing two dogs with one stone...i like it.

    i'm co-organizing a charity football tournament for such an organization as we speak. looking to raise near 30k. no joke.

    Commendable. I wish you every success in reaching your goal. The world needs more kindhearted people to provide assistance like this.

    Try to keep in mind that it's a big world with a lot of problems and your special interest isn't the only one that needs attention.

    Pugs make up for their ridiculous features and stature by having tons of personality. You'll probably have to do the house training yourself, though.
