I got an Apple 4S with IOS 9.2 for $ 38 and a Nokia 920 for less. An alternative to cheap Chinese phones...

The 4S is neat, but typing is no pleasure for someone with thick fingers.

Need to uninstall 80% of the stuff on the 920 (hope that will be an option)

I get my smartphones for free albeit the older model. I upgrade the wife's phone and I get the old one which would normally be far more quality than I would normally purchase for myself.

After a few weeks' use, the Iphone 4S's screen is a bit too small for my thick fingers. And it's slightly odd navigating on FB with it. Still, I'm happy to have bought it for $ 38. It came with IOS 9.35 and photos were transferred from the cloud although the Ipad had IOS 10.x and this produced some error message.

Liked the Nokia Lumia 830 and sent it to my old Dad. A week later, the post office called. the battery was a prohibited items and /i just lost 236 THB postage. :angry3:ashamed:cursing
